    WStaking terms of use

These terms explain the conditions that apply when you access WStaking, connect a wallet, create or manage a staking position, use referral features, or interact with WStaking contracts and supporting services.

Review these terms together with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Security page, Contract References, and Wallet Safety guidance before using the platform.

    Eligibility and lawful use

You may use WStaking only if blockchain, wallet, staking, and digital-asset services are legally available to you. You are responsible for checking the laws, tax rules, sanctions requirements, and regulatory obligations that apply to your activity. Do not use the platform if you are prohibited from doing so.

    Platform scope

WStaking provides an interface for supported wallet users to create and manage staking positions on supported networks and assets. Available networks, assets, contract versions, terms, and transaction flows may differ by current product configuration. Features may include position creation, reward display and claiming, adding funds, renewal, unlock requests, partial unstaking, full unstaking, referral features, and contract or transaction references.

    Wallet connection and authorization

WStaking does not take custody of your seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password. Connecting a wallet lets the application read the public address and request supported actions; it does not itself approve spending or move assets. Approvals and transactions require separate wallet confirmation. Review the domain, network, token, contract, spender, amount, action, gas fee, and destination before signing.

    Staking positions and displayed terms

Before creating a position, review the selected network, asset, amount, APR, duration, lock period, unlock date, early-unstake rules, penalty information, contract version, and wallet transaction. The applicable terms are recorded when the staking transaction is confirmed according to the relevant contract and product configuration.

    APR and rewards

Displayed APR and reward information describes the selected option when shown. APR is informational and does not guarantee profit, income, liquidity, or a particular outcome. Results may depend on the plan, amount, duration, contract rules, user actions, claim timing, early unstaking, network conditions, asset prices, operational availability, and liquidity. Where supported by the implementation, active positions retain the terms recorded when created and later reward-setting changes apply to new positions.

    Managing a staking position

Available rewards may be claimed separately from unstaking where supported; a claim requires the applicable contract conditions, wallet approval, transaction execution, and blockchain confirmation. Adding funds increases an existing position and, where implemented, restarts its timing from the confirmed add-fund transaction while preserving the applicable duration and APR. Renewal extends or recreates a position according to the applicable version. Partial unstaking removes part of the amount where supported, while full unstaking exits the position. Early unstaking may reduce rewards or apply stated penalties.

    Unlock requests and processing

Some unstaking flows require an unlock request before the final wallet-signed transaction becomes available. Where the current WStaking flow applies, the request period may take up to seven days. Submitting a request does not complete unstaking or return assets to the wallet; after release or processing, you must review and sign the final transaction. Processing may depend on contract state, backend availability, administrative review, operational liquidity, and blockchain confirmation.

    Referral program

WStaking may provide referral features that associate a wallet with a referral code and may require a wallet signature. Where the current implementation applies, the first valid binding is normally permanent, self-referral is not permitted, eligibility depends on qualifying activity, and records may be reviewed. Status may be pending, approved, rejected, or confirmed; approval does not necessarily mean payment is complete, and confirmed payout records may include transaction evidence. Referral benefits remain subject to eligibility, review, platform rules, processing, and available payout arrangements.

    Blockchain and smart-contract dependencies

WStaking relies on blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallets, token contracts, RPC providers, explorers, and other infrastructure. Transactions may be delayed, rejected, reorganized, duplicated in wallet interfaces, or fail because of congestion, gas conditions, outages, wallet behavior, token or contract state, user settings, unsupported networks, or third-party infrastructure. An audit does not guarantee that every version, service, interaction, or future deployment is free from defects.

    Operational processing and service availability

Some actions may depend on data services, backend processing, liquidity checks, administrative or referral review, payout processing, unlock handling, transaction monitoring, and third-party infrastructure. WStaking does not guarantee uninterrupted access, immediate processing, or continuous availability. Maintenance, security events, contract state, liquidity constraints, network conditions, or third-party failures may delay or temporarily restrict selected actions.

    User responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your wallet and device, protecting recovery information, using the official domain and published links, confirming the network and asset, reviewing contract addresses and approvals, checking transaction details, understanding timing and penalties, maintaining gas funds, complying with law and tax obligations, keeping required contact or referral information accurate, and reporting suspicious activity through the official support channel.

    Prohibited use

You must not use WStaking to violate law, evade sanctions, commit fraud, impersonate WStaking, distribute phishing or malicious links, interfere with operation, exploit vulnerabilities without responsible disclosure, access another wallet without authorization, manipulate referral records, submit false claims or evidence, introduce malicious code, or misuse contracts, APIs, or infrastructure. Supporting services may be restricted where misuse, security risk, or legal requirements justify it.

No investment, legal, or tax advice

WStaking does not provide investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. APR, reward, asset, and staking information describes platform functionality and available options. You are responsible for deciding whether an action suits your circumstances and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

    Risk acknowledgement

By using WStaking, you acknowledge smart-contract, wallet, network, transaction, token and stablecoin, liquidity, custody and counterparty, operational, market, regulatory, third-party-service, upgrade, and administrative-control risks. Review the full Risk Disclosure before staking.

    Official content and intellectual property

The WStaking name, interface, documentation, branding, and original platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may link to official public pages for verification, but must not copy the interface, branding, documentation, or support identity in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or official status. Open-source materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Changes to the platform and these terms

WStaking may update platform features, supported deployments, product flows, disclosures, or these terms. Changes apply from the published effective date stated on the updated page unless a different date is required by applicable law. Review the latest version before continuing to use affected features.

    Suspension or restriction

WStaking may temporarily restrict supporting services for maintenance, security events, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or operational reasons. Permissionless blockchain contracts may continue to exist independently of the interface, and restriction of a supporting service does not guarantee that every on-chain action can be blocked.

    Limitation of responsibility

You use WStaking at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WStaking is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control, including network or wallet failures, contract behavior, market conditions, third-party services, liquidity constraints, or user security failures. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
