This notice explains how WStaking handles information associated with wallet connections, staking activity, referral features, support requests, and use of the platform.
Blockchain transactions are public by design. Information processed by WStaking outside the blockchain is described separately below.

This notice applies to information processed through the WStaking website, supported application features, referral services, support channels, and related operational systems. It does not control the independent privacy practices of wallet providers, blockchain networks, block explorers, token issuers, hosting providers, or other third-party services.
When a user interacts with a supported blockchain, information may be recorded publicly and permanently on that network. This may include wallet and contract addresses, transaction hashes, token transfers, values, timestamps, contract events, staking actions, claim transactions, add-fund transactions, renewal transactions, and partial or full unstake transactions. WStaking cannot delete, alter, or make private information already confirmed on a public blockchain.
Users may voluntarily provide information when contacting support, reporting a security issue, submitting referral information, or communicating with WStaking. Depending on the request, this may include an email address, wallet address, transaction hash, screenshots, issue description, referral code, supporting transaction information, and other information included by the user. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, exchange passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.
The application may process a connected public wallet address, selected network and asset, staking-position records, transaction hashes, referral binding and status records, payout transaction evidence, request timestamps, and application errors. Selected server endpoints also process request metadata such as an IP address for access control, operational handling, or notifications. These records may be stored in application databases or operational systems where required for the feature; public transaction records remain on-chain.
When referral features are used, WStaking may process a wallet address, referral code, signed binding request, binding timestamp, qualifying activity, referral claims, review status, rejection information where recorded, payout status, and payout transaction hash. Referral records may be reviewed to prevent self-referral, duplicate claims, incorrect attribution, fraud, or abuse.
When users contact WStaking, the message and information it contains may be used to respond, investigate a transaction, verify a referral issue, review a security report, detect impersonation or abuse, and maintain a support record. Provide only information relevant to the request. Email, Telegram, or another communication provider may process the message under its own terms and privacy practices.
The application uses functional browser storage for preferences, language selection, wallet or referral flow state, temporary price data, and other feature behavior. Functional cookies may be used for interface preferences or authenticated administrative sessions. The implementation review did not identify a non-essential advertising tracker or a confirmed analytics service on this page; this statement does not describe independent analytics performed by a wallet provider, browser, network, or third-party service.
Confirmed information may be used to provide platform features, display wallet-specific staking information, process referral records, investigate support requests, verify transactions, maintain operational and security records, detect fraud or impersonation, diagnose errors and interruptions, comply with applicable obligations, and protect users and supporting systems.
WStaking relies on blockchain networks, wallet providers, remote procedure call providers, block explorers, hosting and database infrastructure, email or communication providers, and code-hosting services for public materials. Referral and operational paths may use Neon and Firebase services where configured. Selected operational alerts may be sent through Telegram. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid request, investigate abuse, protect security, or enforce applicable terms. WStaking does not use this page to claim compliance with a named privacy law.
Wallet addresses are pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Public blockchain activity may be combined with information from exchanges, wallet providers, public profiles, or other sources. WStaking cannot control how independent parties analyze or reuse public blockchain information. Avoid publishing a wallet address with unnecessary personal information if you wish to reduce identity linkage.
WStaking retains off-chain information for as long as reasonably required to provide features, maintain transaction and referral records, respond to support or security matters, prevent abuse, meet operational requirements, and comply with applicable obligations. Retention may differ by information type and purpose. Public blockchain records are retained by the applicable network and cannot be deleted by WStaking.
WStaking uses technical and operational measures intended to limit unauthorized access to off-chain systems and records. No website, database, communication service, wallet, or blockchain system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users remain responsible for securing wallets, devices, recovery information, and credentials.
Users may contact WStaking about off-chain information associated with a support request, referral record, or other platform interaction. Depending on the information and applicable obligations, WStaking may be able to correct inaccurate off-chain information, explain its use, delete information no longer required, restrict certain communications, or explain why a request cannot be completed. WStaking cannot delete or alter confirmed public blockchain records. A request may require verification that the requester controls the relevant email address or wallet.
WStaking may update this notice when information practices, features, service providers, or operational requirements change. The updated version applies from the effective date shown on the revised page. Review the latest version when using features or submitting information.
